Merry Christmas!

Christmas morning at our house! Noah was excited to see the presents but was a little iffy of opening them, he ended up opening half of one all day :) But he loved everything he got!

After opening present we went to Granny's house for brunch and opening presents. After brunch we went up to Auntie Amie and Uncle Mikes house for Christmas dinner and more present opening for the kids! :) It was a busy day but such a fun and exciting Christmas!! :) Next year I'm sure Noah will be a little more interested!

This is Amanda and Jon's baby Ansley, Noah loves looking at her pictures on the blog, but in person is a different story :) So we were finally able to get Noah around Ansley and Amanda got the picture! One day they will be best friends!! :)

Christmas Pictures!

Today we went to the beach to take family Christmas pictures, Noah loved the beach and loved looking at all the birds. He kept trying to run into the water! :) Also on Sunday night we went to Amie and Mike's to do the kids Christmas pictures the two babies were Santa, and the three big kids wore Santa hats, and we took them in front of the gingerbread house! They turned out so cute!

Oh Christmas Tree!!

We are so excited this year for Christmas, Noah will kinda understand whats going on, well as far as gifts go. :) He loves our Christmas tree and he kinda helped me decorate, he played with the lights. :)

Offically a Big Boy!

About a month and half ago i started weaning Noah off of his bottle, he doesn't have a paci or anything, so his bottle was his comfort. I thought it was going to be really hard to take him off but about a week to a week and a half ago he stopped completely taking it. He hasn't seemed to be bothered by it, Cody's bottle has even been around and he just feeds it to Cody! :) We got him big boy sippy cups that he loves, So no more baby boy! :( I took him to the doctor and he is 22 pounds and he's 33in tall, his height is in the 95th percentile, just to think he was this small.....
It's crazy to see how much he has changed, just by even his looks, this was the first day home from the hospital..

Mom's Art Show

This weekend my mom entered into an arts and crafts show, by far she had the best booth. She just started painting 3 months ago and her stuff is amazing, and everyone thought she should continue with her work. We are making her an etsy's account in which will be posted on by blog and also Amie and Kelly's facebook. She did very very well, and is so happy, and we are all so very proud of our Mom! :)

In all honesty the pictures just do not do her work any justice, she hand made everything, from the antique prism ornaments to the arrangements!

New Crayons and New Boots...

It's been a while since we've posted anything, end of semesters so lots of assignments and finals to study for, on top of it working a lot and raising a 16 month old! :) We bought Noah these crayons that are designated for the bath tub, since he loves his bath time so much, we thought it would be fun for him....We were right, he loves the crayons he laughs and screams as he is drawing! But by the end of bath time, I kid you not the entire tub, from all four sides to the tiles to the bottom was covered in scribbles of red and blue!

We also found him the cutest cowboy boots, I remember when my brother Jacob and I were younger, Jacob was probably around Noahs age, he ALWAYS wore his cowboy boots and he looked so cute in them . No matter what we were doing or what he was or was not wearing, :) he had to have them on. Noah is just like Uncle Jacob!

Baby and Toddler.... Hmmm....

So I have learned what it is like to have a baby and toddler together.. TIRING! But sooo much fun! Cody and Lilli spent the night on thursday night, while Amie and Kelly did the black friday shopping. They started on thursday night and didn't get done until noon the next day, with no sleep. we all ended up painting their massive wooden gingerbread house!

Noah loves figuring out hot to click straps together!

Noah now loves his Cody, he is even sharing his sippy cup with him! Noah was even patting Cody's leg and holding his hand. :)

A little Jealous still Noah? Dont worry Cody wasnt in it! :)

Cody and Uncle Nick are playing here, Cody loves his Uncle Nick, he was the first person Cody smiled at!!

Happy Thanksgiving!!

For Thanksgiving we went to my mom and dad's house for dinner, then after went to Aunt Amy and Uncle Chris's for dessert! Very busy day.. While at my moms house the girls were making dinner, expect me, i chose baby duty! :) The guys on the other hand.... decided to hangout outside all day and make a huge "gingerbread house" out of wood for Amie and Mike's Christmas decorating.... They have 11,000 lights!! They really go all out!:)
